For all orders over $100 USD, we offer free standard shipping worldwide as part of our commitment to making handcrafted ceramic tableware more accessible globally.

Each Nestaura piece is carefully handmade, inspected, and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery of fragile ceramics. Processing times may vary slightly due to artisanal production, typically taking 24–72 hours before dispatch.

We offer returns within 15 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. To qualify for a return, customers must first contact our support team via email at support@nestaura.shop before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please note that:

  Customized or final-sale items may not be eligible for return

  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, slight variations in glaze, shape, and texture are normal and not considered defects.

🔄 Returns & Conditions (Nestaura)

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order (based on delivery confirmation or tracking status). Only unused, unworn, and undamaged items are eligible for return.

As a customer, you are required to contact our support team via email at support@nestaura.shop before initiating any return request. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Returns are only valid under the following conditions:

For fragile ceramic products, items must be securely repacked in a sturdy carton box, preferably the same packaging used during delivery, to ensure safe transport back to our warehouse.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are returned without proper packaging protection.
